Return Policy
All products are First Quality, Brand New, and shipped in original factory-sealed cartons or packaging. All products come with the manufacturers' original warranty. We will gladly accept a return/exchange, in its original package, including all original accessories, parts and printed materials, for up to 15 days from the date of delivery. We'll promptly replace it or refund the merchandise price. The freight of the return/exchange has to be pre-paid. Except in the case of a defective product, a restocking fee $7.50 will be charged for a return. Before returning the order, please contact us for a RA number (Return Authorization). Without an RA#, a return may be refused or incur an additional $15.00 Service Fee and at our discretion. Thank you for your cooperation.
